Day Six

I didn’t have a lot of spare time today having got home from work late and gone out again early in the evening. I had about an hour and this is how I spent it…

I started tweaking the blog theme and got it looking okay. Checked emails (usual junk) and logged onto mybloglog and read through a few of my favourite blogs. Special mention has to go to the guy at Business Golf. Like me has an interest in making a profit from internet marketing and we both have a desire to make money the right way - with honesty and integrity.

He asked the question ‘Is This All Worth It?‘ referring to our equally appalling efforts at making money online and it is a question I have asked myself hundreds of times over the last year. So far the answer has always been yes. And I don’t see a different answer arriving any time soon.

So why do I think it’s all worth it? For me, it’s the hope and the potential. Hope is the spirit of endeavour that has carried me over and above the void of financial despair time and again. Potential is the enormous expanse of mostly uncharted territory that is the world wide web. It is a whole new world where anything is possible if you have a dream.

We are both determined to go for broke (literally) in the pursuit of our dreams. Winners never quit and quitters never win - as the saying goes.

Enough of the fluffy talk. Lets get down to business…

After my enormous affiliate marketing success from the day before (stop laughing) I was expecting to open my account and find I’d sold truck loads of products. It was like I was a little child again running downstairs on Christmas morning to open all my presents. I was so excited…

But my old nemesis the BFZ (Big Fat Zero) was staring back at me just like oh so many times before. I could almost hear it whispering… ‘you didn’t think you’d get rid of me so easily did you?’.

The frustration continues…
